Aiden Byrne, the youngest ever chef to win a Michelin star (at the age of 22), featured in Channel 4's Burger Bar to Gourmet Star on 31st March 2015, in which he tried to turn Welsh burger bar owner Aylin into a top chef.
Aiden worked with such high-profile chefs as Tom Aikens, Paul Rankin and David Adlard before taking up the position of head chef at the Grill at London’s Dorchester Hotel. He has appeared on BBC TV’s Masterchef, Great British Menu and Restaurant Wars.
His book Made in Great Britain has recently been made available again in paperback. In it, Aiden shares his passion for great British cooking.
